Surprise!  This research suggests patent eligibility jurisprudence lacks clarity.  The study showed that patent attorneys agreed with court decisions on eligibility only 63% of the time. The article goes on to show, however, that this result is not as bad as it seems (and it does seem like a bad result!).  Regardless, a legal standard should be better than this.
